or officially Special Capitol Region of Jakarta (D.K.I Jakarta in indonesian)
is the capitol city of the country Republic of Indonesia and also a province.
Jakarta first called "Sunda Kelapa", then changed to "Jayakarta"
which means "victorious deed". And then, there was Colonial Era.
When the Dutch came to Jakarta to invade almost all indonesia at that time,
The city changed to "Batavia". After the Dutch was defeated by
Japan, the city changed to what is called until now, "Jakarta".
Jakarta has an estimated population of of over 9+ Million people. The often weather are Sunny and Rainy.

1. Central Jakarta
2. West Jakarta
3. East Jakarta
